Dragon’s custom Chinese Steam Cabinet series are fabricated and manufactured at our facility, built in-house, to ensure quality, and can be configurated as per customer's requirements. Each steam cabinet features a sturdy door with turn handle, and compartments with shelving for steaming buns, dim sum and other foods.
When ordering, please specify the desired overall length, and the number of compartments.

Every customer's needs are different, our sales team will work with you and/or your chef to ensure that the Chinese Steam Cabinet is suitable for its purpose. Upon completion, the Chinese Steam Cabinet is adhered with a certification label, recognized nationally, and ready to be operated.
