Dragon’s custom Chinese BBQ smoker oven series are fabricated and manufactured at our facility, built in-house, to ensure quality, and can be configurated as per customer's requirements. Each oven features a sturdy hinged door, a top channel with a sliding hook, and a drip tray. The inside of the oven features one or two rows of burners. Additional accessories are not included, and may be purchased locally.
The oven allows for cooking of a variety of meats, such as chicken, duck, pig, etc.
When ordering, please specify the desired overall length, and the application (i.e., what type of food/meats you plan on cooking).
Below are examples of the Chinese BBQ smoker oven we have built for our customers. Every customer's needs are different, our sales team will work with you and/or your chef to ensure that the Chinese BBQ smoker oven is suitable for its purpose. Upon completion, the Chinese BBQ smoker oven is adhered with a certification label, recognized nationally, and ready to be operated. As we specialize in Chinese BBQ smokeroven fabrication, the installation of the Chinese BBQ oven at your site will be carried out by your local gas technician.
